1.	This is not a confirmed booking. You will receive an Email Confirmation and Reservation Details within 3-18 Hours on Monday - Friday and until 1 pm on Saturday.
2.	Please check and reply the email confirmation within 3-18 hours after making reservation. Rooms NOT SECURED are RELEASED automatically.
3.	All bookings MUST BE made at least 36 hours in advance of check-in date. Late or last minute bookings will not be entertained.
4.	Upon confirmation, the hotel will provide you a confirmation number as proof that your reservation is confirmed. Please ensure you receive the confirmation number to enjoy the promotional rates.
5.	Valid for promotion period Only. Nett Prices are indicated (including Tax).
6.	Weekday rates (as indicated on the left) are applicable on Sun-Thu and Weekend *rates (as indicated on the Right ) are applicable during Fri/Sat weekends, eve/public holidays & school hodalidays**
7.	Peak Rates (RM40 nett surcharge on top of weekend rates) are applicable during festive holidays on 21 - 23 Jan & 18 - 20 Aug 2012.
8.	Guarantee Policy. Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure reservation. Guests will only pay upon checking out. If guests fail to arrive, the credit card will be debited the rate of 1 room night. Rooms are held till 4 p.m. unless specified otherwise. **
9.	Peak Period / Weekends / School holidays require guaranteed booking.
10.	Cancel Policy. Reservations may be cancelled no later than 3 days prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation charges of 1 room night.
11.	Check-in 14:00 / Check-out 12:00 noon.
