2.	Please check the email and secure the booking within 3-18 hours after making reservation. Rooms NOT SECURED are RELEASED automatically.
3.	All bookings MUST BE made at least 36 hours in advance of check-in date. Late or last minute bookings will not be entertained.

9.	Super Peak rates (Peak rates with RM 30++ surcharge) are applicable during Festive Holidays in Malaysia & Singapore on - Feb 7 & 8 and Sep 12 & 13 2008.
10.	Child Policy. No charge for two children under 18 years old sharing room with parents using existing bedding.
11.	Guarantee Policy. Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure reservation. Guests will only pay upon checking out. If guests fail to arrive, the credit card will be debited the rate of 1 room night. Rooms are held till 4 p.m.
12.	Cancel Policy. Reservations may be cancelled no later than 2 days prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation charges of 1 room night.
