1.	This is not a confirmed booking. You will receive an Email Notification and Reservation Details within 3-18 Hours on Monday - Friday and until 1 pm on Saturday.
2.	All bookings MUST BE made at least 36 hours in advance of check-in date. Late or last minute bookings will not be entertained.
3.	Please check the email and secure the booking within 3-18 hours after making reservation. Rooms NOT SECURED are RELEASED automatically.
4.	Upon confirmation, the hotel will provide you a confirmation number as proof that your reservation is confirmed. Please ensure you receive the confirmation number to enjoy the promotional rates.
5.	Child Policy. No charge for children under 12 years old sharing room with parents using existing bedding.
6.	Nett Prices (including Tax) of Weekday rates and Weekend rates are indicated. 7.	# Guarantee Policy. Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure reservation. Guest will only pay upon checking out. If guests fail to arrive, the credit card will be debited the rate of 1 room night. Rooms are held till 4 p.m. unless specified otherwise.
8.	Peak Period / Weekends & School holidays require guaranteed booking.
9.	Cancel Policy. Reservations may be cancelled no later than 3 days prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation charges of 1 room night.
10.	Check-in 14:00 / Check-out 12:00 noon.
